Send and Recieve

I have Outlook 2003 SP1. Four days ago my send receive button stopped
working at all. It is visible, it depresses and changes color, but nothing
happens. I have re-loaded my account both through Outlook and through the
control panel. When I try to use the Define Send/Recieve Groups, nothing
happens either. I have contacted my ISP who says there is nothing wrong, and
I can go to their website to check mail. My test e-mails through outlook
have shown up. I have Norton Internet Security and have tried disabling my
Firewall, but that doesn't work either. It was all working fine until four
days ago. Help.

Have you also tried creating a new mail profile from scratch (through Control
Panel | Mail | Show Profiles)?
