Is it possible to send an automated e-mail alert to a particular used when a
certain value is entered in a field on an Access form?

Hi Dianne.

Yes it is. Either you use Outlook Automation in Access (try a web search for
examples) or if your Backend is a SQL-Server you can achieve this via
triggers and database E-Mail.
