Whenever I open a new outgoing email there is no send
message. It isn't hidden. It isn't there. There was
one article that said to create a new email account.
That didn't work. One guy I found had the same problem
and he said Outlook wasn't enabled for email. How do you
enable it? Any other suggestions?
