After installing Outlook Connector to use a Hotmail account with Outlook, my
send button disappeared from the tool bar. The help files all say that this
happens when there are no accounts set up in Outlook. There are currently
two e-mail accounts (one POP account and one MSN account) set up, and there
is still no send button. I also cannot select the POP account when I click
on the Accounts button (the one that is usually to the right of the Send
button) because it isn't listed there even though it is listed in the E-mail
accounts wizard. I have tried unistalling and reinstalling Outlook and
Outlook Connector and had no success. In fact, when I uninstall Outlook
Connector I can't even get Outlook to work at all until I reinstall Outlook
Connector.
