Why doesn't the "send" button light up under the office. I can't email
anything from PowerPoint, Word, or Excel

I have Outlook Express but not Outlook. Is Outlook required to make it work?

I think you might need to have Outlook installed on your system I use OE,
and have no problem emailing presentations as attachments.
