Send button

When I reply to a message or create a new message, the send button has disappeared. I have to go up to the toolbar to message and use the drop down. How can I restore this button?

Command-return sends.

In Entourage 2008 you can customize the tool bar in each type of window.

Under Tools in the View menu, select Customize Toolbar. Add the Send button.
