Hi, I'm trying to send a personalized Outlook Task item to assign it to
another partner via Outlook email, the user receives the Task, but when is
opened, the item displays itself as a normal Task item.
The custom form is installed on both computers and works great when used
from scratch, but it cannot be assigned by email.
The project I'm developing, involves the next data flow: The Custom Task
Form is used to control a development project, current leader creates a set
of tasks and assigns it to another workers, they take the task and creates a
set of activities (programmed as Appointment Item Custom Form) that are
related to the sent tasks. When Task is done, the user opens the task item
and set it to Complete, the form then calculates all related activities to
get the Effective Task duration as another custom fields in the form.
