send e-mail to file from outlook

I would like to address a cc of an e-mail sent to go to an e-mail and
directly to a file folder on my server, so that others can retrieve that
communication.

Do you use Microsoft Exchange Server? If so, set up a Public Folder and use
a rule to send a copy to that folder.
