Send email to groups and recepiant see only his address

How would one send and email out to multiple addresses but the recepiant only
sees his individule address in the from box. This is not for spaming.

"Bcc" for all. The recipient will not see his name.

Or do a Word mail merge. Since this will send one message
to each recipient, they will get the message with their
name and e-mail address.
