Hi,
I need to send email from an InfoPath '07 form without sending the form
itself.
In IP03, using 'submit as email', I could send a custom text 'introduction'
including and a link to the form library without sending the form (though
there was no way to extract the name of the form itself to include in the
link). Sending the form as an attachment added a link to a copy of the form.
In IP07, an inline copy or view of the form is automatically included in
the email. Users are invariably confused. Some try to edit the form
copy/view, but changes are not saved back to the library.
I'd like to send custom text instead, along with a link to the form in the
Sharepoint form library.
Any ideas?
Thx,
Barry
