Send error message to Microsoft when opening Microsoft Word 2000

Whenever I try to open Word 2000 a message comes up saying that winword.exe
has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please send or don't send to
microsoft.
I have started Word with the /a switch and this works ok. I have removed all
registry DATA keys etc as well as tried a fix and repair with no help. All
other office programs work ok. Any ideas.
