send icon has disappeared, how restore?

HISTORY--I have Windows XP, I have recently installed the Windows Installer
Clean up program, and entered new server information into my system while
maintaining old e-mail as default.

ISSUE- My send icon has disappeared or is hidden in Outlook. I cannot send
or reply to messages.

How do I restore the Send icon???
