Using Outlook 2003.
Sometimes when I have e-mail in my Outbox, ready to send, and click "Send
and Receive", the outgoing e-mail doesn't send at all. No error message or
anything, the status window says "completed", but the e-mail is still there,
unsent.
If I keep re-trying, or perhaps do a "Send" (without receive) ("Tools" menu,
"Send and Receive", "Send All", then it will eventually send.
Anyone know what's causing the problem? What can I do to fix it?
