Send mail to bloock list does not stop it

I receive about 50 Junk mail each day. I have gone through and
sent them each one to block list. It does no good. They continue
to appear.

Get antispam software. Google for spambayes for one (free) option I like a
lot.

Note - you will always get more help in here if you post your
version/mode/SP level of Outlook (from Help | about).
