Outlook 2003. I have recently created a new Contacts folders for our PTA but
when I highlight one of the contacts and select Actions/New Message to
Contact the following error message appears "you must first enter a valid
email address for this contact before Outlook can send mail to it". It pauses
then opens the send message folder as normal. There are a couple of contacts
where the message does not appear and the behaviuor is normal.
