Send mail using Outlook Express

I need to setup a system where the user can capture addresses in Access and
then click a button to send a standard reply using Outlook Express. The user
is unfamiliar with Outlook hence the need for OE. I know how to do this for
Outlook but not how to reference OE. All info will be appreciated.
