Send mails automatically

I know there are some programs I can buy to do this, I need to know if there
is a way to program Outlook, by a script, for instance, to do this.

What are you trying to achieve in which scenario and with which version of
Outlook?

It is a 2003 version. I just need to send the plain text same email everyday.

that will do that.

Keep in mind that if it's an Outlook add-in that Outlook will have to be
running and logged in for it to work.

I, too, am looking for a method (without an 'add-on', hopefully) to send the
same text message every morning to our "field agents", as a 'reminder', using
Outlook 2007...
Anything inside of O2k7 that might accomplish this, "right outta the box"...?
