Send notification of e-mail to my mobile phone?

I would like to get a message on my mobile phone when I receive an
e-mail message.

I can see in Rules and Alerts that there's possibility of doing that,
but how do I tell Outlook to send the message to my mobile phone? I
don't see a way of telling Outlook to call my mobile phone.

I've tried to get online help through Outlook but can't seem to locate
anything helpful.

do you have an email address for your phone? if not, you'll need to use a
3rd party adding that can send alerts.
