"Send Now" Grayed out in Office 2003

I have Office 2003 and under the "File" menu there's a "Send Now" option
that's grayed out. How might I activate this? I believe this should give
me the option to email the current document or spreadsheet but I'm not sure.

Office 2003 has a File/Send to/Mail Recipient command but not a "Send
Now" directly under the File menu. I'd say it was added by a third
party add-in. Did you ever install some type of email/fax type of
program??
