Send Object To Field

I have a query that captures a distribution list that I need to send an email
to regularly. The "EmailID" field contains the users email address. There
are multiple rows in the query. Is there a way using Send Object to open an
Outlook email and prepopulate the To field with that entire list? I've tried
referencing the form and field, but it just grabs the first row.
