Send Pictures Via Email

When I go to My Pictures, right click on a photo then go send to Then Mail
recipient, it loads as if it is going to transfer through to outlook express
then nothing happens!!! Can anyone help me?? It used to work on this Comp but
for some reason it isnt anymore.
