Send problems

Rick Giles

Some times after hitting send the message stays in the Outbox with the word
"none" in the sent field. Other times it works fine, often if I open word and
send from there the message is sent other times it's not. This problem just
started a few days ago. I have already tried detect and repair to no avail.

When sending from Word make sure Outlook is open as well. This will make
sure that the message is being send according to the Send/Receive settings
you made.

This is often due to scanning of outgoing mail by an anti-virus or
anti-spam program. If you have such software, disable the scanning of
outgoing mail.
