Send/Receive Automaticly Outlook 2002

Recently had a modem and phone line problem - which is now
rectified.
However my Automatic Send/Reveive (every 5 min) will not
activate. I can Send/Receive manually OK.
All the settings appear to be set correctly.

Any clues ?
