Send/receive button on Outlook toolbar

I am using Outlook 2003, and the Send/Receive button has disappeared! There
is no option to add it in the add/remove buttons menu. I have done a 'Detect
and Repair' and as that did not work, have uninstalled and reinstalled Office
to no avail. Any help greatly appreciated.

Thank you. When I re-installed Office, the account must have got wiped out. I
have redone it and the buttons is back. Thank you so much
