Send/Receive dialogue box doesn't hide

Outlook 2002 under win XP. All patches and upgrades are
made.

I have the Send/Receive dialogue box checked to "Don't
show this dialog box during Send/Receive"...but it still
does. I have my send/receive scheduled for every 5
minutes, and it pops up when it shouldn't.

Any ideas why?
