Send/Receive error

Outlook generates the following error when doing the
automatic 5 minute send/receive. The account that
produces the error is the Exchange (E2K) account. THe
SMTP accounts do not have this problem. Sending and
receiving email still works OK. Just the error message
keeps poping up. Any ideas to troubleshoot this.

error (0x80070057) : 'Could not complete the operation.
One or more parameter values are not valid
