Send/receive error

I was synchronizing normally my Outlook 2003 with my Hotmail e-mail, now I
can't not only synchronize them, but also I'm receiving this message:
(Task 'Hotmail - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC33) : 'Access to the
account was denied. Verify that your username and password are correct.The
server responded 'Forbidden'.)
Could somebody help me with this please?
