Send/Receive fails

I normally use Outlook 2002, but I had to use Outlook 2003 when my PC needed
repairs. Since going back to Outlook 2002, I am unable to automatically send
and receive e-mails. If I go back to Outlook 2003, send and receive work.
How do I get Outlook 2002 to work again?

Do you have an automatic send/receive interval established in
Tools>Options>Mail Setup>Send/Receive?

Brian,

Yes the automatic send/receive interval is established. When I start
Outlook or press the Send/Recieve button, I get "The operation failed" dialog
message. If I drill down to the Send/Receive for a given mail server, it
works.
