We just did a migration from Exchange 2000 to 2003 and no w we're having
problems with Outlook 2003.
When you manually click the send/receive button, the send completes but the
receive gets to about 98%, then drops to about 50%, then hovers there.
We have turned off caching and it still hasn't fixed the problem. Any
ideas?!?!?
