Send/Receive Mail Button Must be Clicked even when on Network

Hi All,

I have a user who uses a laptop with a docking station.

While using the docking station, and connected to our company network
in-house, he still needs to hit Send/Receive to check email from the company
Exchange 2000 server.

I haven't been able to determine what is causing that.

Anyone have any ideas?

I guess I forgot to mention it, but it is using:

Outlook 2003 attaching to an Exchange 2000 server.
