Send/Receive Problem with ONE addressee

Hi.. I have a client that I am having trouble sending
email to AND receiving email from -

She does not get what I send, and I am not getting what
she sends! What could it be? -

Everyone else in the office IS GETTING HER MAIL and is
able to send to her - I checked my rules, everything is
fine! Any ideas?
