I recently re-installed Outlook 2000. I'm having problems with Sending and
receiving. When I press the Send/receive tab on my Tool bar, it tell me that
the operation is failed. But, I can go and do it manually through the Tools
function. I have to tell it what file to check in. How can I fix this?
