Send receive stops working

I have outlook 2002 with SP3. Although initially the send/receive works fine,
after about 10 min it stops working, giving the message 0x8004210a. There is
no problem with the internet. If I close Outlook and restart it all is well
for another 10 min. The only information I have found on the microsoft
website is that SP3 is supposed to fix this - but it hasn't. Does anyone else
have any other ideas?

Nothing specific but generically:

1) Have you scanned your machine for viruses/spyware?
2) How much RAM do you have?
3) Have you done a detect and repair on Outlook?
4) Are you running Norton Internet Security by any chance? If so you might
check with them for the latest updates.

384MB is a little low, but should be sufficient. What happens if you turn
off ETrust as a test?
