send/receive stuck

My send receive keeps getting stuck at between 75 and 83% and nothing is
received, what could be causing this, a stuck mail, and oversized mail? and
how do I resolve this

What error do you get? What version of Outlook are you using? What type of
mail account are you using? How big is your pst-file?

And on what account does it get stuck? Does Outlook hang completely? If
Outlook doesn't hang it should eventually give you a time-out response from
the specific account. You can also modify your Send/Receive settings to only
collect mail from a certian account to determine on which one it hangs. In
addition you can rename your srs-file to .old to reset the send/receive
settings.

Hi Roady,
I tried downloading headers only from each account and they all work fine,
it is only when I do an all account S&R that I get it hanging at 83%. I dont
exactly know if there is something stuck or what

Collect the full messages from the accounts one by one to determine which
one is the cause. Then go to the webbased mailbox and remove the messages
that are stuck there. Send a message to that account again to see if it
comes through now.
