send / receive task/progress popup

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this popup. I hit
send and received and it tells me task 1 of 1 done but
never goes away till I hit close. I have a check in dont
show this when hitting send and receive yet it always
remains ?? anyone help get rid of the lame popup
