A few times per day, Outlook times out while sending/receiving. In order
"reset" Outlook, I must restart my computer. It is not an ISP issue--I can
access the internet without problem when Outlook is down. I am using XP,
Microsoft Office, NortonIS/AV. I can't find any information in the
information base to help me resolve this issue.
