Hi,

I am trying to work out how to get my inbox to automatically update itself.
Currently I am having to manually press send /receive.

Configure an automatic polling interval. Method depends on version which of
course you did not post. I'm sure you can figure it out. It's simple.

While viewing Inbox, press Alt-Ctrl-S. Check the box labeled "Schedule an
automatic send/receive every" and put a value of "10" in the "minutes"
field.
