I cannot create an email because send and receive data files cannot be found.
Is there a fix?

Explain what you want to do that you can't and why.
Explain what you mean by "send and receive data file."
Are you trying to convey some sort of error message? If so, state the
message precisely along with the steps that produce it.
Include your version with all posts.

Did you even define an e-mail account yet inside of Outlook?
