Go back to just before "suddenly."
Surely you have more of a clue than that. If not, how could we? You were
there. We weren't.

What version of Outlook are you using? Were you making any changes to
anything before this started happening?

We are to guess if you even defined an e-mail account in Outlook? Or what
type of account? Or what version of Outlook?
