How do I receive messages automatically without having
click on the darn send/receive button?

Version? There may be a Send immediately option in tools, options, mail
setup, but different versions have it in different locations.

First thank you to Karin! I've been able to send but not
receive. I had no idea you had to click on that
send/receive button...I'm running version 2003.
diane,
you're correct on the send immediately option. however,
we would like to know if there is an automatic receive
setting as well...

click on the send/receive settings button and add a check to the every xx
minutes box.
