Send/Recieve Error

Hello,

I have run into a weird Outlook issue. I have a user who
has a wireless card, he connects with his wireless card,
can surf the web fine. He goes into Outlook, hits
send/recieve and comes up with a dial-tone error. Then in
2 minutes it does it's automatic mail check that was setup
and it downloads the mail fine. Any ideas?
