"send/recieve" icon missing

I have been using Outlook 03 for a couple of week. It has
been working fine, but for some reason when I was trying
to set up another account something went wrong and
the "send/recieve" drop down icon in the mail section
disappeared. Also, there is no way to send or recieve new
emails.

Please assist.
