Not receiving any new mail in outlook (email client) since 28-06-2017.

We are using gsuite for business and the email settings are as follows

Have tried the following things still not recieving new mail.

1. Removed email account and added new one

2. Updated Windows

3. Subscribed all IMAP folders

4. Set root folder as "Inbox"

5. Installed another email client and it is working fine (not issue with ISP)

Open Outlook in Safe Mode
Disable all your add-ins, and start Outlook normally again and see if mails can be sent or received. If so, you can enable them one by one until email fails again. The add-in you last enabled is most likely the cause of your issue. Uninstall or reinstall this add-in to fix the issue.

I have had this happen about 4 times over the years. A Geek told me he discovered that it could be caused by one of the emails contained in my in box. Suggested that I start deleting emails. I did what he said and at some point Outlook started receiving emails. I know this is a response to an old question but it might help someone.
