Send reply from different account

I using Outlook XP, and have SMTP mail from two different ISPs arriving in
the one PST file. However, I want all replies to be sent using the default
account. Is there a way when I click Reply on a mail from the non-default
account to easily change the reply so that it is sent from the default
account instead of the account through which it arrived. At the moment when
I need to do this I'm creating a new mail and doing a copy and paste of
recipient, subject line and text from the reply message into the new mail,
which is too time consuming.

There is no way to do what you ask - when you click reply it will reply
using the details of the account it arrived on.

The only thing you can do is use the Accounts button on the replied email
message and choose which account you wish to send it by.
