Send, Send/Receive and Forward

Hi and thank you for reading my e-mail.

I am attempting to use Outlook 2000 running under Windows
98.

I cannot find a Send, Send/Recive or Forward button.

I have spent all day following instructions from Outlook
Help to open Tools then customise or whatever etc and
zilch.

i am sure it is simple to enable them, but I'm damned if I
can find any instructions on how to do it.
