Some of our workstations are running office xp with an upgrade to outlook
2003. These workstations recieve an error message "word could not load e-mail
envelope" when trying to use send to mail recipient from the file menu. Is
this an incompatibilty with office xp and outlook 2003? Network connections
are good.
