Send to mail recipient as attachment not in excel 2002

How do I get the "send to email recipient (as attachment)" menu to show up in
excel 2002, I have just bought a new computer and it's not their. It was on
the old one using the same program.

Should be via FILE>send to>email recipient.

You may have to click on the down arrows after FILE opens to reveal
this option

Thanks Ed but that I do know, the links there as it should be but grayed out
and unusable. What I need to know is how to make the B****y thing active.
Tried everything that I can think of but alas no go. It was on my old laptop
as it is on my husbands desktop and worked fine now nothing.
