Send To Mail Recipient (as Attachment) problem

Hi,

I am trying to send attachment directly from Word, Excel and Powerpoint
through the menu item: Send To Mail Recipient (as Attachment). The mail is
generated, but when sending Outlook gives an error: "The operation failed due
to network or other communication problems". Also within the e-mail the
attachment area consists of several rows and the attachment is not visible.
When deleting the white space (attachment?) from the attach field, it can be
saved without attachment. Adding the file through paparclip works.
Any other way of sending it also works.

Tried setting Mail Format to RTF, but only the HTML format works, RTF
doesn't even create an e-mail...
