"Send to Mail Recipient" Function no longer works.

Suddenly Outlook 2003 has stopped processing Windows XP's "Send to Mail
Recipient" requests (back click on a word or jpg file). Worked fine until
recently. It returns a window from Microsoft Outlook "This action could not
be completed", Any ideas about where to look to solve this problem?
