send to microsoft office powerpoint not responding

Whenever I Use the command:
File - Send to - Microsoft Office Powerpoint
Word Freezes
I check the Windows Task Manager and I see that Word is Not Responding

Any Idea's ?

Have you tried running Detect and Repair from the Help menu of either
application? Also, please provide the version. Thanks.
